摘要
随机选取 7日龄健康环颈雉雏雉 72只 ,分成 3组 ,每组 2 4只。每组基础日粮相同 ,Ⅰ组为对照组 ,添加 0 0 4 %硫酸锌 ;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组 ,分别添加 0 0 4 %蛋氨酸螯合锌、0 0 2 %蛋氨酸螯合锌 +0 0 2 %硫酸锌。饲养试验结果表明 ,各试验组体长、翅长增长均显著大于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,各试验组平均日增重均极显著高于对照组 (P >0 0 1) ,同时各试验组料重比均低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,各试验组尾长增长也大于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。此外 ,各试验组成活率均高于对照组。综合比较 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲喂效果好且无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。
Seventy two young pheasants were randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group was fed the same basal diet supplemented with 0.04% ZnSO 4 (group Ⅰ), 0.04% Zn Met 2 (group Ⅱ) and 0.02 ZnSO 4+ 0.02 Zn Met 2 (group Ⅲ), respectively. The results showed that the average daily weight gains, survival rate and tail length of birds for groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than for group Ⅰ ( P < 0.01), while the ratio between feed consumption and weight gain for groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly lower than for group Ⅰ ( P <0.05). There were no significant differences between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ.
