摘要
本文介绍了蛋氨酸螯合锌的制备方法及其对蛋鹑生产性能的影响。试验结果表明 :获得蛋氨酸螯合锌的最佳条件为 :反应液蛋氨酸浓度为 6.1 2 % ,p H值为 5。运用自制的蛋氨酸螯合锌饲喂蛋鹑 ,将 66只蛋鹑随机分成 3组 ,每组基础日粮相同 , 、 组为试验组 ,分别添加0 .0 2 %的蛋氨酸螯合锌 +0 .0 2 %硫酸锌 ,0 .0 4 %蛋氨酸螯合锌。 组为对照组 ,添加 0 .0 4 %硫酸锌。试验结果表明 :各试验组与对照组相比 ,总产蛋数、总产蛋重及料蛋比均差异显著 (P<0 .0 5) ,平均蛋重及蛋中概略养分各试验组与对照组相比差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5)。
Results indicated that the optimum condition of being gained Zn Met2 is Met concentration:6.1 2 % ,p H:5,66quails divided randomly into 3groups were fed on the same diets containing supplementary 0 .0 2 % Zn Met2 +0 .0 2 % Zn SO4,0 .0 4 % Zn Met2 ,0 .0 4 % Zn SO4respectively.Reselts indicate that in the two former groups egg productions and egg weights are higher than that in the latter group significantly( P<0 .0 5) ,while feed to egg is lower significantly( P <0 .0 5) ,but the average of egg weights and nutrientcomponentin eggs ofthese three groups are slight different( P>0 .0 5)
