The Research of the Educational Development in Guizhou Minority Area

摘要 发展教育是振兴少数民族地区经济的根本大计。新中国成立来,在党和国家政策扶持下,尤其是改革开放以来,贵州民族地区教育事业实现了跨越式发展,已初步形成具有民族特点、时代特色的民族教育体系。但在新时期,由于贵州少数民族教育基础薄弱,贵州民族地区教育事业发展尚存在自我发展能力弱;教学质量低,办学效益差;民族特色缺失等问题。基于此,提出了可行性发展战略,如要加大投入,提高贵州民族地区教育自我发展能力;民族教育要从贵州民族地区实际出发,突出其办学特色等。 Education development is of fundamental importance to revitalize the economy of minority area. Since the foundation of People's Republic of China in 1949,with the help of our Party and country's policy,especially since the reform and opening up,education in Guizhou minority area has advanced by leaps and bounds. Currently,the education system with both folk features and era characteristics has taken initial shape. However, due to the fact that the basic education of ethnic minorities in Guizhou is weak, in the new era, there are problems such as weak capability of self-development,low quality of teaching and poor effectiveness of school as well as insufficient ethnic characteristics in the development of education in Guizhou minority area. To deal with these,the development strategies are proposed,such as,investment should be increased, and the self-development capability of education in Guizhou minority area should be enhanced;education of ethnic minorities should be proceeded from the actual conditions of Guizhou minority area,and the school-running characteristics should be highlighted.
