摘要
低低温电除尘技术通过降低烟温,减少烟气量,降低飞灰比电阻提高除尘效率,可协同除去烟气中大部分SO_3。本文从低低温电除尘技术原理、技术特点、对煤质要求和改造关键技术问题进行分析,为环保改造及技术研究提供参考。
Through reducing the flue gas temperature and flow,the specific resistance of fly ash,Low-Low temperature ESP technology can improve dust removal rate while synergetically remove most of the SO_3 from flue gas. Based on major technical principles and characteristics of low-low temperature ESP,and the analysis on coal quality requirements and other key issues during Low-low temperature ESP reconstruction,this paper serves as reference for the environmental reconstruction and technological researches for dust remove system in thermal power plants.
