摘要
提出利用空气预热器引出的热风对电除尘器灰斗进行加热,确定空气预热器管道与灰斗夹层的连接方式,设计出总体方案,通过计算寻找最佳管径、流速、和热风温度等设计参数,分析确定最优方案及其经济性。结果表明,该方案具有良好的技术可行性和较高的经济性。
A new way of heating ash hopper that the hot air from preheated drew on electrical precipitator heat ash hopper is designed.Through determination of the connection of air preheated pipe and ash hopper interlining,it designs the plan sketch and find out the optimal design parameters such as diameter,flow velocity and temperature to determine the best solution.Then it came to the conclusion that the new type of heating method has good feasibility and value of promotion.
