摘要
障碍群体在生活上存在着诸多问题,而正常人在生活中也会遇到很多障碍,成为隐性障碍者,这两种群体都未得到真正的关注。本文试图以通用设计的理念解决障碍群体及隐性障碍群体在生活中遇到的问题,让其平等地参与社会生活。
There are many problems in the life of obstacle groups, and normal people will encounter many obstacles in life and become hidden obstacles. These two groups have not received real attention. This paper attempts to solve the problems encountered by the obstacle groups and hidden obstacle groups in the life of the community with the concept of universal design, so that they can participate in social life on an equal footing.
