摘要
以扬州市南部体育公园体育馆为背景工程,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen,对超大跨度楼梯桁架施工安装和拆撑进行模拟分析。根据桁架的结构特点和实际施工条件,提出4种施工拆撑方案,分析桁架在各拆撑方案下的应力和位移变化。研究表明:按提出的施工方案进行安装时,桁架应力和变形均满足GB 50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》要求,可保证施工阶段安全;提出的4种拆撑方案的桁架应力和位移均满足规范要求,其中方案3的应力和位移变化较为均匀,可有效消除结构由于应力或者位移突变而产生的的不利影响,保证拆撑安全,建议采用方案3作为桁架拆撑方案。
Taking the South Yangzhou Sports Park Gymnasium as the background project,the finite element software MIDAS/Gen was used to simulate and analyze the construction installation and temporay support removal of the superlong span stair truss.According to the structure characteristics and actual construction conditions of the truss,four kinds of tomporary support removal schemes were proposed to analyze the stress and displacement changes of trusses under each unloading scheme.The results showed that the stress and deformation of the truss could meet the specification requirements during the construction and installation process,and the safety of the construction stage could be ensured.The stress and displacement of the four kinds of tempray support removal schemes could meet the requirements of the specification,and the stress and displacement of the scheme 3 were more uniform,it could effectively eliminate the negative effect of the structure due to the changes of stress or displacement and ensure the safety of temporary support removal.It is recommended to adopt scheme 3 as the temporary support removal scheme for steel truss.
