摘要 由于社会基础性设施建设规模巨大,基建项目发展极快,各种超级、复杂大型项目的实施,以及各种超高层、超大跨度、智能建筑频繁施工,导致施工难度较大。在工程项目施工管理过程中引入BIM等新技术,对工程项目进度管理进行优化,大大地提高了项目施工效率。文章指出BIM技术引导着建筑业朝着信息化、智能化、标准化方向前进,逐步实现建设项目全生命周期精细化管控,为企业带来更大的效益。 Because social infrastructure construction is huge,the development of the infrastructure project is very fast,and the implementation of various super and complex large-scale projects,various super-high-rise,super-large-span and intelligent buildings are frequently constructed,resulting in a large construction difficulty.In the process of project construction management,new technologies such as BIM are introduced,and the project schedule management is optimized,and the construction efficiency of the project is greatly improved.The paper points out that the BIM technology leads the construction industry to move forward in the direction of information,intelligence and standardization,and gradually realize the fine management and control of the whole life cycle of the construction project and bring more benefit to the enterprise.
