摘要
文章以某幼儿园上人屋面与斜屋面为例,介绍BIM技术在刚性屋面深化设计中的应用。该屋面的建筑形状不规则,且含有六个不同坡度的斜屋面。为了预估工程量,对工程质量进行过程监控,同时减少施工过程中材料的浪费。采用BIM技术,针对刚性屋面进行排气管分布深化、起坡深化、分格缝分布深化,并使BIM模型量单作为采购依据,实现可视化交底、提高施工质量。
Taking the accessible roof and inclined roof of a kindergarten as an example,this paper introduces the application of BIM Technology in the deepening design of rigid roof.The building of the roof is irregular in shape and contains six sloping roofs with different slopes.In order to estimate the quantities of the project,it monitors the quality of the project and reduces the waste of materials in the construction process.BIM technology is used to deepen the distribution of exhaust pipe,slope and the distribution of grid joint for rigid roof,and the BIM model quantity sheet is taken as the procurement basis to achieve visual disclosure and improve the quality of construction.
