摘要
利用Pro/E软件对ZZ10800/22/45型薄基岩开采用液压支架的三维几何模型进行简化,利用ANSYS Workbench对液压支架进行静力分析,得到液压支架的应力和位移分布规律。对液压支架进行模态分析,得到前6阶的固有频率与相应振型。根据有限元分析结果,建立顶梁的参数化模型并进行优化,获得理想的顶梁结构参数,实现轻量化的目标。
The ZZ10800 /22 /45 type thin bedrock exploitation hydraulic support's 3D geometric model was simplified by Pro /E. The stress and displacement distribution law of the frame was obtained and the stiffness and strength of the frame was checked by static finite element analysis using ANSYS Workbench. And in support of modal analysis,the first six the order intrinsic frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the frame. According to the results of finite element analysis,parametric model of the top beam and optimized,thus obtaining rational structural parameters and achieving the goal for lighter weight.
