摘要
近年来,我国边境地区偷越国(边)境犯罪活动时有发生,呈现出犯罪活动涉及人员多、组织严密、关系网络复杂等特点。同时,犯罪人员利用我国边境线长、边境地形复杂的自然特点,我有关部门对偷越国(边)境犯罪活动难以提前发现。加强边境管理、创新防范措施、强化信息搜集等,对防范和打击偷越国(边)境犯罪活动的发生具有极其重要的意义。
There have been occasional illegal immigration crimes in the border areas of China in recent years,which is characterized by large number of crime-involved criminals, well-conceived organization and complex networking. Meanwhile, the long border line and complex border terrain of China make it difficult for related departments to detect in advance illegal immigration crimes. Accordingly, intensification of border management,innovation and prevention measures and information collection is of great significance for prevention and crack down on illegal immigration crimes.
