摘要
高校稳定不仅关系到高校自身建设发展,而且关系国家政治稳定和长治久安。加强高校治安防控机制建设是新时期确保高校稳定发展的战略任务,要逐步构建多形式多层次的治安防控队伍,通过加强公安机关与高校联动机制建设,"人防、物防、技防"相结合的治安防控措施落实,高校虚拟空间治安防控和应急处突能力建设,推进高校治安防控机构建设全面发展。
Stability concerns colleges and universities' own development as well as a country's political stability and long-term security. Intensification of development of the public security prevention and control mechanism in colleges and universities is the strategic mission of guaranteeing the stable development of colleges and universities. Efforts need to be made to gradually construct public security prevention and control team of different forms and levels, and promote the overall development of public security prevention and control institution construction by strengthening construction of mechanism of connection and interaction between public organs and colleges, implementing public security prevention and control measures, and develop capacity for virtual space public security prevention and emergency handling.
