摘要
党的"十七大"报告指出,科学发展和社会和谐是内在统一的。高校的稳定与教育事业的发展是息息相关的。当前高等教育国际化、高校德育教育的缺失、严峻的就业形势、复杂的社会治安环境以及维护稳定工作中存在的问题等因素给高校维护稳定工作带来严峻考验。
The report of the party's'17th commission'noted that scientific development and social harmo- ny is internally unitive.College stability and the development of education are closely related.The work of main- taining college stability is facing severe challenges coming along with internationalization of higher education,the lack of moral education in colleges and universities,grim employment situation,complicated social environment and problems of maintaining stability.
