摘要
目的讨论医护一体化管理模式应用于心衰患者的管理效果及患者的满意情况。方法按照护理管理模式的不同,将我院86例急诊科心衰患者分为两组;其中将2016年1月至2016年12月46例行传统护理管理的患者作为对照组,另将2017年1月至2018年1月40例行医护一体化管理的患者作为观察组;比较两组护理管理的效果及患者满意情况。结果治疗后,观察组N末端B型利纳肽原(NT-pro BNP)水平较治疗前降低且低于对照组,患者平均住院时间短于对照组,心衰健康教育知识知晓得分高于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论医护一体化管理模式有利于提高心衰患者对心衰健康知识的掌握、缩短患者住院时间并可显著降低患者血清NT-pro BNP水平,改善患者心衰症状,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the care outcome of health care integration management in patients with heart failure and the satisfaction of patients.Methods According to different nursing management mode,a total of 86 cases of heart failure in Emergency Department were divided into two groups:46 cases in control group who received conventional nursing management from January 2016 to December 2016;40 cases in observational group who received health care integration management from January 2017 to January 2018.We then compared nursing care outcome and satisfaction of patients between two groups.Results After treatment,the level of N-terminal B-type Lina protoplast(NT-proBNP)in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and was lower than that in the control group.The average hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the knowledge of heart disease health education was higher than that of the control group.Patients’satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The health care integration management can improve the health knowledge of heart failure patients,shorten the patient’s hospitalization time,reduce the patient’s serum NT-proBNP level significantly,alleviate the symptoms of heart failure,also improve the patient’s satisfaction.
