摘要
为了满足在高低温环境设备运行过程中对设备各部件温度测量的需求,设计了一种多类型高精度测温系统。该系统基于高精度模数转换芯片ADS1148设计,选用PT100和热电偶作为温度传感器,以STM32作为主控芯片,通过485总线将采集数据送上位机处理并显示。针对环境设备试验环境恶劣的特点,热电偶测温通道类型可通过上位机命令灵活设置为K型、J型或T型。设计中采用铂电阻比例测量法、查表法、滤波处理和温度校正等措施提高测温精度。测试结果表明,该系统各通道测温误差优于0.2℃。
In order to meet the requirements of temperature measurement of various components in the operation of equipment in high and low temperature environment,a multi-type high-precision temperature measurement system is designed.The system is based on the high-precision analog-to-digital conversion chip ADS1148.The PT100 and thermocouple are used as the temperature sensor,and the STM32 is used as the main control chip.The collected data is sent to the host computer for processing and display through the 485 bus.For the harsh environment of the environmental equipment test environment,the thermocouple temperature measurement channel type can be flexibly set to K type,J type or T type by the upper machine command.The design uses platinum resistance ratio measurement method,table look-up method,filter processing and temperature correction to improve the temperature measurement accuracy.The test results show that the temperature measurement error of each channel of the system is better than 0.2℃.
