摘要
国土资源系统业务专业程度高且流程繁杂,很多业务与GIS技术相关,本文探索将GIS技术与国土系统业务流集成,建设更加科学有效实用的一张图系统。国土资源"一张图"工程项目,实现国土资源局"以图管地、以图管矿和以图防灾",它集遥感影像数据、矢量数据、业务数据等多源信息,在"一张图"工程项目当中,将GIS技术与工作流集成,实现业务与地图联动,利用地图实现业务的决策分析,利用地图对业务进行辅助决策。
The business of land and resources system is highly specialized and complex process; many items are related to the GIS technology. This paper was looking for the method on how to integrate the GIS technology into the business flow in order to build one Map system more scientific, effective and practice. The 'One Map' engineering project into which integrated multi-source information such as: the remote sensing image data, vector data, and business data as a whole, realizes the management of land, the management of mine and the prevention of disaster with regard to the Ministry of land and resources. The GIS technology associated with workflow in order to archive the business and map linkage together for the business decision-making analysis.
