摘要
面对新时期经济发展新形势,国土部门土地监管业务越发要求科学化和精细化。为了能够根据国土业务规则对监控视频进行解读,提出并设计了基于国土资源"一张图"的视频监管系统。该系统接入移动"千里眼"平台摄像头信息,以地理空间数据为基础,优化布局塔基视频监控系统,能够结合各类国土业务数据对监控视频数据进行研判,实现了土地利用状态的多自由度实时动态视频信息采集与多源数据融合分析,对于"智慧国土"项目中的视频监管系统建设具有参考价值。
Facing new economic development tendency in the new period,land supervision business of land departments is required to be more scientific and refined.To better interpret monitoring videos according to rules of land business,a ＂one Map＂video monitoring system based on land resources was proposed and designed.The system has access to camera information on mobile ＂VideoSir＂platform on the basis of geospatial data,which optimized the layout of video monitoring system for tower foundations and made it possible to study and judge monitoring video data combining with land business data.Thus,the＂one map＂system,realizing the collection of multi-degree of freedom real-time dynamic video information about land utilization situation and integrated analysis of multi-source data,has reference value for the formation of video monitoring system in＂intelligent land＂project.
