摘要
本文初步探讨了不同生态条件下初烤烟叶主要化学成分的地区间变化 ,年度间变化 ,部位间变化 ,部位内变化 ,等级内变化。结果显示 :北方烟叶化学成分五低三高 ,即糖低、钾低、糖 /碱低、钾 /氯低、氮 /碱低 ,烟碱高、总氮高、氯高 ;南方烟叶化学成分相反五高三低 ,蛋白质南北相差不大。烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮、氯、糖 /碱年度间的变化程度 ,北方烟区大于南方烟区 ;而钾、氮 /碱、钾 /氯三项北方小于南方。南方烟叶化学成分部位特征较明显 ,北方烟叶相对来说部位差异不那么显著。南方烟叶化学成分在部位内的稳定性好于北方烟叶。北方五县烟叶化学成分在等级内的变化幅度较大 ,南方烟区变化幅度较小。
Changes in chemical composition of junior tobacco leaves under different ecological conditions such as change among areas, change among years, change among stalk positions, change within stalk position, and change within grade were preliminarily probed. The results indicated that five chemical composition contents were low in northern tobacco leaves, including sugar, potassium, the ratio of reducing sugar and nicotine, the ratio of potassium and chlorine, the ratio of total nitrogen and nicotine. Three chemical composition contents were high, including nicotine, total nitrogen, chlorine. It was contrary in southern tobacco leaves. Protein content was hardly different between south and north area. The variance of nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, chlorine and the ratio of reducing sugar and nicotine among years in north area were higher than that of south area. But the varieties of potassium, the ratio of total nitrogen and nicotine, the ratio of potassium and chlorine among years were lower than that of south area. The stalk position character of chemical component in southern tobacco leaves was clearer than that of northern leaves. The stability of chemical component in tobacco leaves within stalk position in south area was higher than that of north area. The content range of chemical component in tobacco leaves within grade was more wide in five northern counties, and it was narrow in south area.
