摘要
比较了2000～2004年和1983～1984我国烤烟中部烟叶主要化学成分及部分中微量元素含量。结果显示:中部烟叶烟碱和总氮含量由1983～1984的平均1.0%左右增加至2000～2004年平均2.5%～3.0%和2.0%左右,还原糖则由24.43%下降到22%左右,钾、氯离子含量总体差异不大,但一些产区的变化十分明显;烤烟镁含量没有明显变化,钙含量明显下降,锌和锰含量均有所增加。
The main chemical components and several mid/micro elements in cutters of flue-cured tobacco grown in 2000 to 2004 and 1983 to 1984 were compared. The results showed that the average contents of nicotine and total nitrogen increased from about 1.0% and 1.25% in 1983-1984 to about 2.5%-3.0% and 2.0% in 2000 to 2004, while the reduced sugar decreased from 24.43% to 22%. The potassium and chlorine ions contents in some grown areas changed dramatically, although no obvious change was observed between different crop years in general. The zinc and manganese contents increased to some extent, calcium content decreased significantly, and the magnesium content changed slightly.
