摘要
目的:探讨消脂胶囊对家兔代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,As)的影响。方法:食物诱导MS模型,并随机分为正常对照组、模型组及消脂胶囊等剂量组、低剂量组,应用中药制剂消脂胶囊对家兔代谢综合征动脉粥样硬化病程进行干预。测定体质量、血压、血脂4项、葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、一氧化氮(nit rogen,NO)、内皮素(endothelin,ET-1)、脂联素(Adiponectin,ADP)、C反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein,CRP)、胰岛素;进行动脉斑块评分;计算腹部脂肪、肝脏、心脏脏器系数;心脏、主动脉、肝脏组织病理学检查。结果:消脂胶囊组在以下几方面与模型组相比具有明显差异(P<0.05),体质量、血压及脂肪系数下降;血脂含量下降、SOD活性、ADP含量显著升高,MDA、CRP、ET-1含量明显降低。动脉硬化指数下降、动脉粥样斑块缩小。心肌内小As及肝细胞空泡变性的程度改善。结论:消脂胶囊对家兔AS病变的发生、发展有较好的防治作用。
Objective: To explore the effects of XiaoZhi capsules on metabolic syndrome(MS) atherosclerosis(AS) of the rabbits. Methods: MS models were prepared by food, and they were randomly allocated to normal control group, the model group, equivalent and low doses groups of XiaoZhi capsules. XiaoZhi capsules are used to intervene the course of MS AS: to measure body weight, blood pressure, four items of blood lipid, glucose, free fatty acids, superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), nitrogen(NO), endothelin(ET-1), adiponectin(ADP),C-Reactive Protein(CRP) and insulin(INS); to scale arterial plaque; to calculate the indexes of abdominal fat, liver and heart; to perform histopathological examination of heart, aorta and liver. Results: Compared with the model group, XiaoZhi capsules group showed significant difference(P<0.05) in the aspects: body weight, blood pressure and fat indexes decreased; the contents of blood lipid decreased, the activity of SOD and the contents of ADP improved notably, the contents of MDA, CRP and ET-1 lowered obviously. As index decreased, atherosclerotic plaque narrowed. The degrees of intramyocardial small AS and hepatocellular vacuolar degeneration improved. Conclusion:XiaoZhi capsules could prevent and treat the incidence and development of AS.
