摘要
目的比较杜仲皮、杜仲叶、杜仲雄花在抗炎、镇痛、抑菌、免疫调节等药效学方面的作用。方法分别设杜仲皮、杜仲叶、杜仲雄花水提取物高、低剂量组,采用免疫器官称重法、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀试验、醋酸致小鼠扭体试验、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌体外抑菌试验,分别评价杜仲不同部位水提取物的免疫调节、抗炎、镇痛、抑菌作用。结果杜仲不同部位水提取物均可提高脾脏及胸腺指数,且杜仲雄花高剂量组的提高作用更明显,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);杜仲不同部位水提取物可不同程度抑制小鼠耳肿胀,其中杜仲雄花高剂量组抑制作用最强,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);杜仲皮、杜仲叶、杜仲雄花的高剂量组均能减少小鼠的扭体次数,且杜仲雄花高剂量组小鼠扭体次数减少更明显,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);杜仲雄花水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌浓度最低,有较好的抑菌作用。结论杜仲皮、杜仲叶、杜仲雄花在各药效上的作用功效各不相同,合理使用其用药部位是今后研究的方向。
Objective To observe the drug effects of bark,leaf and male flower of Eucommia on anti-inflammation,analgesia,bacteriostasis,immunoregulation. Methods Aqueous extracts from bark,leaf and male flower of Eucommia were set as high-dose groups and low-dose groups respectively. The immune organ weight method,animal tests including model mice with ear-swelling induced by xylene,body torsion induced by acetic acid as well as antimicrobial tests in vitro were conducted to evaluate the effects of extracts from different parts of Eucommia. Results All extracts increased the index of spleen and thymus; high-dose group of male flower showed more obvious effect,the difference was significant( P<0.05 or P < 0.01). All extracts inhibited the ear-swelling to varying degrees,while high-dose group of male flower also showed the best performance,the difference was significant( P < 0.01).The times of body torsion in high-dose groups of all extracts decreased,while high-dose group of male flower took more clear effect,there was a significant difference( P<0.05). Extract from male flower had minimal inhibitory concentration on escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans,taking good inhibiting effect. Conclusion Bark,leaf and male flower of Eucommia have diverse drug effects. Rational application of different parts of Eucommia can be the main field of following research.
