摘要
随着铜矿资源的日益贫化以及低品位难选氧化矿的增多,低品位氧化铜矿的开发利用就显得更加迫切重要。本试验用低品位氧化铜矿作为研究对象,通过物相分析,该氧化铜矿中铜氧化率达到93.30%。对原矿进行硫酸浸出条件试验研究,确定最佳浸出条件为:颗粒细度-120目、硫酸用量82.5 kg/t、浸出时间1 h、终点p H值0.5~1.0,铜的浸出率可达到85.0%。并对原矿进行了浮选研究,使金得到很好富集。
With the gradual depletion of copper resources and the increase of low grade refractory oxidized ore,the exploitation of low grade copper oxide ore is imminent. In this study,the low grade copper oxide ore is taken as the object of study,based on the phase analysis,the oxidation rate of copper reached 93.30%. We conducted study on the sulfuric acid leaching conditions,the optimum extraction conditions were determined: the particle fineness of-120 mesh,the sulfuric acid consumption of 82.5 kg / t,the leaching time of 1h,the final p H of 0.5 ~ 1.0,the copper leaching rate reachs 85%. The ore flotation process was studied,for well gold enrichment.
