摘要 ‘中梨4号’是以‘早美酥’为母本,‘七月酥’为父本杂交选育而成的早熟、大果型、优良梨新品种。该品种果实近圆形,平均单果质量300 g,最大果质量520 g,绿色,果点小而密,萼片残存,果心极小,果肉乳白色,肉质细脆,石细胞少,汁液多,可溶性固形物含量12.8%,总糖8.37%,可滴定酸0.12%,风味酸甜可口,品质上等。郑州地区7月10日果实成熟;货架期20 d,冷藏条件下可贮藏1~2个月。 ‘Zhongli 4' is a new early ripening, big-fruit and high-quality pear cultivar, which is bred by crossing ‘Zaomeisu' and ‘Qiyuesu'. The fruit is globe with green skin and small dense dots. Its average and maximum fruit weight is 300g and 520 g respectively. Its sepals are remnant, fruit core is very small, flesh color is creamy white, flesh texture is fine and crisp, and stone cells are light. Its flesh is juicy with sour-sweet flavor and tastes delicious, soluble solid content is 12.8%,total sugar is 8.37%, titratable acid is 0.12%. Ripening date is at 10 in July in Zhengzhou area. It has a 20-day shelf life,and can be stored under the condition of refrigeration for 1 to 2 months. It is a new ideal cultivar with high fruit quality for the early ripening pear market.
