摘要 对10个柑桔杂交组合F1代768个株系的果实主要性状进行了3~5年的测定和统计分析,研究和探讨了柑桔果实性状的遗传倾向。结果表明,果实大小、果形、果实的可溶性固形物、糖、酸和Vc含量均为多基因控制的数量性状,呈连续性变异。F1代果实大小主要为趋小变异,果形主要呈趋中变异,果实可溶性固形物含量具有很强的超高亲优势,糖含量主要为超高亲或趋中变异,酸含量主要为趋酸变异。Vc含量遗传分布则较为分散。但其超高亲和超低亲后代频率均较高。由于酸含量的增高,F1代果实固/酸比值呈趋低变异。 768 seedlings of 10 citrus cross combinations were used to study the inheritance trends of important fruit characters for 3 -5 years. The result indicated that fruit size, shape, the content of total soluble solids (TSS), sugar,acid and vitamin C of F1 were quantitative characters with succession variance. As concerning F1 ,the fruit size trended mainly to be smaller,fruit shape appeared mainly intermediate inheritance or to be oblate. The content of TSS had a notable inheritance tendency with ultra-high parent, sugar content trended to be high or intermediate and acid had a tendency with higher in this test. Vitamin C contents of Fl appeared to be dispersive,however,both prepertion of ultra-high and ultra-low parent were higher. Most of F1 had a lower ratio of TSS/aeid due to acid content increasing.
