摘要
大口径毛细管柱顶空气相色谱测定水中氯苯类的方法 ,具有简便、快速、干扰少、灵敏度高等特点。 0 .2 5mL顶空气体进样 ,二氯苯和三氯苯的检出限为 0 .0 1~ 0 .1 μg/L ,灵敏度高于萃取法 40~ 1 0 0倍 ,更有利于地表水中氯苯类有机物的测定。
This paper reports on the application of headspace GC with big bore capillary column (30mx530μm)to analysis of chlorobenzenes in water and wastewater. Being simple and easy to operate, the new method has some outstanding features such as high sensitivity (10 to 100 times higher than that of extraction method) and good interference resistance. The minimum detection limits for dichlorobenzenes and trichlorobenzenes range between 0.01 and 0.1μg/L
