摘要
本文提出了一种化学发光测定2,4-二硝基氯苯的新方法.2,4-二硝基氯苯与水合肼反应的中间产物被酸性KMnO_4氧化产生化学发光.方法的检测限为5×10^(-8)g/mL.线性范围为3.4×10^(-7)~1.7×10^(-5)g/mL,此法用于邻氯硝基苯中2,4-二硝基氯苯的测定,结果令人满意.对其化学发光机理进行了探讨.
A chemiluminescence(CL) method is described for the determination of 2,4-dini-trochlorobenzene(dncp). Reaction of dncp with hydrazine hydrate at 100℃ for 90 min gave intermediate which produces CL in the presence of acidic permanganate solution. The linear range is 3. 4×10-7-1. 7× 10-5 g/mL. The detection limit is 5. 0×10-8 g/mL. The method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of dncp in synthesized sample. The CL mechanism was discussed.
