摘要
目的探究中医护理对于桡骨远端骨折患者的临床应用效果。方法将84例2018年4月—10月就诊的桡骨远端骨折患者纳入本项研究,随机分为研究组、对照组,每组42例,分别采取中医护理、基础护理,统计护理前后2组VAS评分及临床康复情况。结果 2组护理前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);护理后,2组VAS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组消肿时间、住院时间、住院费用等指标均显著低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中医护理可减轻桡骨远端骨折患者的疼痛感,促进患者康复,缩短消肿、住院时间,节约住院支出,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with distal radius fracture.Methods 84 patients with distal radius fracture who came to our hospital from April 2018 to October 2018 were randomly divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The VAS scores and clinical rehabilitation of the two groups before and after nursing were counted.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),but after nursing,the VAS score in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).In the study group,the swelling time and hospitalization cost were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in the data between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can relieve the pain of patients with distal radius fracture,promote the recovery of patients,shorten the time of hospitalization,and save the expenses of hospitalization,which should be recommended.
