摘要
脑鸣,常与耳鸣混淆,论述研究较少,但临床上时有出现,严重影响患者日常生活,本病虚多实少,多因肾精亏虚、髓海失养,心脾气虚、痰湿内阻,或肝郁化火、上扰清窍等所致,肾精亏虚为主因,主要责之于心、肝、脾、肾诸脏,临床当辨证论治,随证治之,举针药结合治疗医案2则,浅析从中药、针灸治疗本病的疗效,以资临床参考。
Tinnitus cerebri was different from brain ringing.It was often found but less research which affected the daily life of patients seriously.The syndrome was more asthenia than sthenia,which was found in kidney essence deficiency commonly.The location of the lesion was in the heart,liver,spleen and kidney.Treatment should be adjusted according to syndrome differentiation in patients.This paper was to provide two medical cases in which traditional Chinese medicine was used for clinical reference.
