摘要
文章总结了李应存教授运用补肾潜阳降浊法治疗脑鸣经验。李教授认为脑鸣的病因主要为肾虚髓亏,浮火上扰,浊阴不降所致,故提出"补肾潜阳降浊法"的治疗思想。本文举隅李教授应用敦煌遗书《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》大补肾汤加减辨治脑鸣医案,以飨同道。
Professor Li Yingcun’s experience in treating buzzing in the brain by the therapy of invigorating kidney,suppressing Yang(阳) and resolving turbidity was summarized.Professor Li believes that the main cause of buzzing in the brain is deficiency of spleen,the disturbance of floating fire and the stagnation of turbid Yin(阴).In this article,the application of the Dabushen decoction(大补肾汤) in treating buzzing in the brain was given to provide more reference.
