摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者采用清肺平喘止咳汤的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年7月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者76例,参照随机数学表法分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施清肺平喘止咳汤治疗,对比2组肺功能指标、血气分析指标及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后二氧化碳分压水平均低于对照组,氧分压水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗期间2组均无明显不良反应出现。结论清肺平喘止咳汤可有效调节慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者血气指标,改善肺功能,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingfei Pingchuan Zhike decoction in patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 76 patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from March 2017 to July2018 were selected and divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Qingfei Pingchuan Zhike decoction on the basis of the control group.The lung function index,blood gas analysis index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the FEV1 and FEV1 occupied vital capacity(FEV1%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the oxygen partial pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Pingchuan Zhike decoction can effectively regulate the blood gas index of patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,improve lung function,and has high safety.
