摘要
目的观察桂枝茯苓汤加减联合化瘤固经散治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者作为实验对象;采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组40例。其中对照组采用米非司酮片联合桂枝茯苓汤加减进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用化瘤固经散进行治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果、不良反应以及治疗前后中医证候评分。结果观察组临床治疗有效率(95. 0%)明显高于对照组(70. 0%),2组有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。观察组不良反应发生率(7. 5%)明显低于对照组(25. 0%),2组有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。治疗前2组患者中医证候评分无统计学差异(P>0. 05),治疗后观察组中医证候评分明显低于对照组,2组有统计学差异(P <0. 05);治疗后2组患者中医证候评分明显低于治疗前,2组有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论桂枝茯苓汤加减联合化瘤固经散治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果十分显著,进一步促进了相关研究的发展。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with Huayu Gujing powder in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Eighty patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as experimental subjects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone tablets and Guizhi Fuling decoction. The observation group was treated with Hualiu Gujing powder on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect,adverse reactions and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The scores were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group( 95%)was significantly higher than that in the control group( 70%). There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group( 7. 5%) was significantly lower than that in the control group( 25%),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome between the two groups before treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and there was statistical difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with Huayu Gujing powder in the treatment of uterine fibroids is very significant,which further promotes the development of related research.
