摘要
目的分析补中益气汤联合护理干预对乳腺癌术后癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2016年4月—2018年2月实施改良根治术的80例乳腺癌患者进行分组研究,按照随机法分为对照组和试验组,每组中的患者为40例,对照组实施护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予补中益气汤干预,比较2组癌因性疲乏状况、睡眠质量改善情况的差异。结果干预3周后2组综合疲劳程度、综合疲劳影响评分、睡眠质量评分均显著低于干预前,组间经比较,试验组低于对照组,组间存在明显的统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论补中益气汤联合护理干预有利于显著减轻乳腺癌患者术后癌因性疲乏症状,改善睡眠质量,值得广泛应用于临床。
Objective To analyze the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of postoperative cancerous fatigue in breast cancer. Methods Eighty-eight patients with breast cancer who underwent modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in a randomized trial. The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The patients in each group were 40 patients. The group implemented nursing intervention. The experimental group was given Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group. The differences in cancer-related fatigue and improvement of sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 weeks of intervention,the comprehensive fatigue degree,comprehensive fatigue effect score and sleep quality score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention. Compared with the control group,the experimental group was lower than the control group,and there was significant statistical difference between the groups( P <0. 05). Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with nursing intervention is beneficial to significantly reduce the symptoms of postoperative cancer fatigue and improve the quality of sleep in breast cancer patients. It is worthy of being widely used in clinic.
