摘要
近年来随着肿瘤发病率不断攀升,癌因性疲乏也引起人们的重视,中医药对缓解癌因性疲乏有明显的优势,从临床及文献研究来看不少医者对该病辨证存在重虚证轻实证的倾向,该文将着重从实证角度进行分析,并讨论其情志病位,以及阐述治疗因素、血瘀及癌毒对其发病的重要性。
In recent years,as the incidence of tumors continues to rise,cancer-related fatigue has also attracted people’s attention.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in relieving cancer-related fatigue.From clinical and literature studies,many doctors have important effects on the differentiation of the disease.The tendency of deficiency syndrome to light empirical evidence,this article will focus on the analysis from the perspective of empirical evidence,discuss its emotional disease location,and explain the importance of treatment factors,blood stasis and cancer toxins on its pathogenesis.
