摘要
目的探讨淋巴瘤成年患者癌因性疲乏、社会支持与生活质量的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月间青岛市中心医院收治的82例淋巴瘤成年患者,采用piper疲乏量表、社会支持评定量表和生活质量量表对患者进行问卷调查,分析淋巴瘤成年患者癌因性疲乏、社会支持与生活质量的关系。结果患者中无疲乏37. 8%,轻度疲乏13. 4%,中度疲乏31. 7%,重度疲乏17. 1%,其中行为得分相对较高。患者总体社会支持度较低,其中对支持的利用度得分最低,主观支持度较高。患者生活质量较差,其中躯体角色功能、情绪角色功能和心理健康的得分较低。患者癌因性疲乏、社会支持的各项评分与生活质量均呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论淋巴瘤成年患者生活质量较差,与癌因性疲乏发生率高及社会支持较差相关,其中对支持的利用度低、躯体角色功能、情绪角色功能和心理健康差为主要因素。
Objective To analyze the relationship between cancer-related fatigue,social support and quality of life in adult patients with lymphoma. Methods A total of 82 adult patients with lymphoma admitted to Qingdao Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of study. Piper fatigue Scale,social support rating scale and quality of life scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey. The relationship between cancer-related fatigue,social support and quality of life was analyzed in adult patients with lymphoma. Results Of them,37. 8% patients did not have fatigue. Mild fatigue occurred in 13. 4%. Moderate fatigue occurred in 31. 7%. Severe fatigue occurred in 17. 1%. The score of behavior is relatively high. The overall social support is low,in which the score of utilization of support is the lowest and subjective support is high. Quality of life is poor,including low scores of physical,emotional and psychological well-being. The scores of cancer-related fatigue and social support were negatively correlated with the quality of life( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The poor quality of life may be related to the high incidence of cancer-related fatigue and poor social support in adult patients with lymphoma,among which low utilization of support,poor physical function,emotional function and mental health are main factors.
