摘要
目的观察分析针刺结合三黄泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将收治的106例消化性溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为研究组(53例)与对照组(53例)。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,研究组患者给予针刺结合三黄泻心汤治疗,观察比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、消化道症状评分及血清炎症因子水平。结果经治疗后,研究组的临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P <0. 05)。治疗后,2组患者消化道症状评分相比治疗前均降低(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组患者的消化道症状评分均低于对照组患者(P <0. 05)。治疗后,2组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1水平明显低于治疗前(P <0. 05);治疗后,研究组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α和TGF-β1明显低于对照组患者(P <0. 05)。结论采用针刺联合三黄泻心汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效肯定,可以明显改善患者临床症状,同时降低血清炎症因子水平,抑制炎症及免疫反应过程,从而促进溃疡面的愈合。
Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Sanhuang Xiexin decoction on peptic ulcer. Methods 106 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into study group( n = 53) and control group( n = 53). The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,the patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with Sanhuang Xiexin decoction. The clinical efficacy,digestive tract symptom score and serum inflammatory factor level were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of digestive tract symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β 1 in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β 1 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Sanhuang Xiexin decoction are effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and reduce serum inflammatory factors level,inhibit inflammation and immune response process,thus promote ulcer surface healing.
