摘要
人体五脏六腑之间的联系不仅仅是阴阳表里关系,还有脏腑别通关系,通过对胃与心包相通理论的探析,进一步理解了张仲景为何用瓜蒌薤白剂治疗胸痹,为临床中运用瓜蒌薤白剂治疗冠心病开拓了思路。在针灸临床上,位于手厥阴心包经的内关穴是比较重要并且经常运用的穴位,通过理解脏腑别通理论,理解胃与心包相通,就可以理解该穴可以治疗脾胃疾病、冠心病、胸部疾病、膝关节疼痛等疾病的中医学内涵,也理解了为何董氏奇穴多选用胃经穴位如通关、通山、通天以及火包等治疗心脏疾病,从而为临床中熟练灵活运用这些穴位奠定了理论基础。
The relationship between the five organs and organs is not only the relationship between yin and yang,exterior and interior, but also the relationship of visceral communication. Through the analysis of the theory of stomach-pericardium communication, this article further understands why Zhang Zhong-jing used Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive Decoction to treat thoracic obstruction, and opens up a new way to treat coronary heart disease with Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive Decoction in clinical practice. Neiguan acupoint ( PC 6) ,located in the pericardium meridian of Hand-Jueyin,is a very important and frequently used acupoint in clinical acupuncture. By understanding the theory of visceral communication,stomach-pericardium communication, we can understand the connotation of Neiguan acupoint in treating spleen-stomach disease,coronary heart disease,chest disease, knee pain and other diseases,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for flexible use of these acupoints.
