基于一次风粉监测的燃烧器功率调平技术研究

摘要 一次风粉浓度流速的测量、控制不合理,导致电站锅炉实际运行出现两侧汽温偏差较大、管壁超温、炉内结渣、锅炉热效率偏低等问题。针对某电厂锅炉存在的燃烧状况不均衡的现象,设计了基于一次风粉监测的燃烧器调平优化系统,预期实现在线调节煤粉管道的风粉平衡,优化风煤比,改善锅炉燃烧工况。 The unreasonable measurement and control of primary pulverized-air concentration and flow rate lead to large deviation of steam temperature on both sides,over-temperature of tube wall,slagging in furnace and low thermal efficiency of boiler.Aiming at the unbalanced combustion situation of a power plant boiler,an optimization system of burner leveling based on primary air powder monitoring is designed.It is expected to realize on-line adjustment of pulverized coal pipeline air-powder balance,optimize air-coal ratio and improve the combustion condition of the boiler.
