摘要
煤粉浓度和流速信号是锅炉燃烧系统监测和优化的基础依据,便于实现煤粉流量均衡分配以及风粉最佳配比。介绍静电法煤粉浓度和流速测量方法、系统构成方案设计,介绍信号连接、煤粉流速在线测量装置标定及其数据分析,计算出流速修正系数。利用静电法测量煤粉浓度和流速信号准确可靠,解决了经典检测方式测量系统存在问题,满足了系统检测和控制的需要。
The signals of pulverized coal concentration and velocity are the basis for monitoring and optimizing of boiler combustion system.They are essential for realizing the balanced distribution of pulverized coal flow and the optimum ratio of air and powder.The principle of electrostatic method for pulverized coal concentration and velocity measuring system were introduced,including the signal connection,the software operation method,the transmitter parameter settings and the data communication mode.The system design is detailed.The calibration of on-line measurement device of pulverized coal concentration and velocity are analyzed based on the test data.The correction factor of velocity was calculated.The method of electrostatic measurement of the classical of pulverized coal concentration and velocity signal was accurate and reliable.It solves the problems nt system and meets system detection and control requirement.
