摘要
在保护性耕作过程中,深松铲铲尖极易磨损,磨损后的铲尖耕作阻力变大,拖拉机油耗增加,导致材料浪费及农业作业成本增加。研究正火处理对球墨铸铁性能的影响,从试验结果中可以看出,正火处理是提高球墨铸铁铲尖耐磨性的有效方法,铲尖经过热处理后冲击韧性提高1.5倍,随着正火温度的提高,铲尖韧性提高,耐磨性和硬度反而下降。综合试验结果及实际问题,确定最佳正火温度是890℃,经过890℃正火处理后,试样的力学性能是:维氏硬度475 HV0.1,冲击功2.36 J;转速200 r/min,载荷为50 N,时间30 min的磨损失重是0.070 g。
In the process of protective tillage,the tips of the subsoiler are easily worn,which can increase resistance to tillage at worn spatula tips and increase the tractor fuel consumption,resulting in wasting material and increasing the cost of agricultural operations.This paper studies the effect of normalizing on the performance of ductile iron.It can be seen from the test results that normalizing treatment is an effective method to improve the performance of the tips which is made of ductile iron.After the heat treatment,the impact toughness of the tips is increased by 1.5 times.With the increase of normalizing temperature,the toughness of the tips is improved,but the wear resistance and hardness are decreased.The normalizing temperature is 890℃,considering comprehensive experimental results and practical problems.After normalizing at 890℃,the mechanical properties of the sample are the Vickers hardness value is 475 HV0.1,Impact work value 2.36 J.The rotation speed is 200 r/min,the load is 50 N,and the grinding loss weight at time 30 min is 0.070 g.
