风电机组用球墨铸铁性能不达标原因分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用化学分析、力学性能和金相检验等方法,对QT400-18LT铸件力学性能及球化级别不合格的原因进行分析。结果表明:此批次风电用球铁的C元素含量略低,使得基体强度、硬度下降,石墨数量减少、圆整度不够,最终导致力学性能不达标。 The causes of unqualified mechanical properties and spheroidizing grade of QT400-18LT cast? ings were analyzed by means of chemical analysis, mechanical properties and metallographic examination etc. The results show that the content of C element in spheroidal graphite cast iron is slightly lower, which makes the strength and hardness of matrix decrease, the quantity of graphite decreases and the roundness of graphite is insufficient, and ultimately the mechanical properties are not up to the standard.
