This article focuses on developing innovative talents. The key elements of college physics experiment course system construction have been discussed. Pay attention to the teaching of basic knowledge and basic skills, train scientific research methods and innovative thinking, cultivate scientific spirit, and strive to cultivate high-quality innovative military personnel.
