摘要
九江长江公路大桥主桥南边跨为梁宽38.9 m的扁平流线型超宽闭合预应力混凝土箱梁,通过采用分段分节支墩支架现浇施工工艺,优化混凝土配合比设计,加强模板精细化施工和保护,改进混凝土的浇筑顺序、布料方式、振捣工艺和养护方法,夏季施工采用多种温控防裂措施,现浇箱梁在强度、外观质量和裂缝控制方面取得了较为理想效果,为后续同类桥梁宽幅箱梁混凝土的施工质量控制提供了借鉴。
The south side spans for Jiujiang Yangtze River Highway Bridge are flat streamlined ultra wide closed-section prestressed concrete box girders with width of 38.9 m. The cast-in-place box girders achieved the desired effects including concrete strength, appearance quality and crack control, which could be attributed to the following measures: the construction method of the box girders used the segmenting and sectioning and sequence placement in the steel pipe piles supporting;optimizing the concrete mix proportion; enhancing the refined construction and protection of formwork; improving the concrete placing sequence, distributing patterns and vibrating technology as well as curing method; adopting various temperature control measures for crack prevention during summer construction of concrete. This paper provides a reference for the construction quality control of the wide box girder concrete for subsequent similar bridges.
