摘要
钢结构绿色节能住宅建筑体系是依据国家可持续发展原则,发展"节能省地型"住宅,推广住宅产业化,实现绿色建筑政策的重要组成部分。山东莱钢建设有限公司承担了建设部2001年重点研究项目"钢结构绿色节能住宅建筑体系研究"。通过多个工程项目的成功实践,证明此种住宅建筑体系充分体现了建筑行业"节能、环保、产业化"的"绿色建筑"理念。
