摘要
从绿色建筑的内涵出发,将日本、澳大利亚与我国绿色建筑政策实践进行比较,指出我国绿色建筑政策存在的问题,提出要从建立健全绿色建筑政策法规体系、探索灵活多样的绿色建筑奖励机制、鼓励绿色建筑产业相关产品的设计和研发、大力提高全民对绿色建筑的应用和认识等方面来加快我国绿色建筑的推广及应用。
From the connotation of green building, it points out the problems of our green building policy by comparing the practice of green building policy in Japan, Australia and China. It also puts forward that we should accelerate the popularization and application of green building by establishing the complete policies and regulations of green building system, exploring the flexible and diverse green building incentive mechanism, encouraging the design and development of green building industry related products and improving the application and understanding of green building in China.
