摘要
向以IT咨询为核心业务的现代管理咨询企业的转型是传统管理咨询企业生存和发展的需要。管理软件咨询市场潜力巨大 ,可以作为转型的切入口。通过向管理软件咨询业务拓展实现转型的三种可能模式是 :以独立第三方身份致力于帮助企业选择最合适管理软件的“独立咨询”模式 ;以合作伙伴身份专注于提供某一品牌管理软件咨询的“合作咨询”模式 ;以管理软件开发商和咨询服务提供商双重身份并举的“双管齐下”模式。三种模式有不同的风险 。
In order to survive and develop, a tradition consulting enterprise must realize the transition to modern consulting enterprise. Management software consulting is a entrance to modern consulting because of its tremendous potential market. There are three modes of transition starting from management software consulting. First is called as independent consulting mode in which the consulting company try to helps its customer enterprise to select the most suitable management software as an independent third party. Second is called as partnership consulting mode in which the consulting company provide consulting service as the partner of a management software firm. Third is called as 'bi-channel' mode in which the consulting company works along both development and consulting of management software. The three modes have different risk. A consulting company must select the most suitable transition mode according to its own condition.
