公安院校本科生助教的研究与实践

Studies on Public Security Colleges’ Undergraduates Working as Teaching Assistants in Practice

摘要 学生担任助教辅助教师的工作在研究生阶段比较普遍,但在本科生中还没有系统实施。对公安院校本科生担任助教实践进行研究,在助教的选拔、工作范围、管理方式等方面进行经验总结,提出助教可在同专业高年级、不同专业、同一班级中进行选拔,总结担任不同类别课程助教的工作范畴,认为助教管理要从前期培训、中期沟通、后期考核多方入手,提出发放聘任证书、成立社团、增加实践学分等鼓励措施。 It is common for graduate students to work as teaching assistants,but this practice has not been systematically implemented for undergraduates.In our studies on undergraduates’practice as teaching assistants in public security colleges,we summarize experiences in the selection,working scope,and management methods of teaching assistants,and propose that,undergraduate teaching assistants can be selected from senior students in the same major,students in different majors,even students from the same class.After summarizing teaching assistant’s working scopes for different courses,it is concluded that the teaching assistant management should include the periods of pre-training,mid-term communication,and post-assessment,and incentives such as issuing appointment certificates,establishing associations,and increasing practical credits should be adopted.
