应用型本科院校本科生助教制度的探索与实践

Exploration and Practicing of Under Graduated Tutor Regulations in New Constructed College

摘要 本科生助教制度是我院2015级开始试点尝试,2016级全面推开的一项立足于提高专业基础课教学质量、为师范生技能训练提供平台和提升学生考研竞争力的一项举措.本文对本科生助教制度实施的背景,本科生助教制度实施的几个环节做了系统的分析和总结. Under graduated tutor regulations are first proposed in 2015 and extended to all of student who enter into Faculty of Mathematics in 2016, which are aimed to enhance the basic courses teaching standards, to supply the platform far student to train their normal skills and to promote the competition ability in entrance examination for graduated students. We discussed the background and some procedures of under graduated tutor regulations.
