摘要
通过从讯问笔录内容的数据化和讯问笔录形式的模板化两方面对讯问笔录在当前大数据背景下进行研究,讯问笔录在数据化、模板化的条件下,再现其强大的基础性、应用性、广泛性、操作性功能,为司法机关干警在办理案件过程中,提供了标准化、简便化、操作化笔录,让数据化、模板化讯问笔录获得时代的新生命。
From the aspects of data-based content and template form,this paper studies interrogation record in the context of big data.Under the requirements for data-based content and template form,the functions of interrogation record will be more basic,applicable,extensive,and operational.Data-based interrogation record in template form provides standardized,simplified and operable record for judicial officials in case handling,and thus gains a new life in the new era.
