摘要 为提高运载火箭构件抗压强度测试过程的自动化程度及改善测试精度,设计了一个计算机控制的自动压力加载系统,提出了一种主、辅阀双控制器协调控制系统结构,解决了该系统在具体实现中的特殊非线性问题.同时为提高压力控制精度和大偏差下的系统快速平稳归零,针对其中的主阀控系统引入了粗精双模态控制,并详细讨论了实现过程中的切换问题.仿真证明:设计的系统具有良好的控制特性,能够完成0.1-5.0 MPa的水压自动加载,压力加载分辨率为0.05 MPa,控制精度可达到0.5%FS. The process of the anti - pressure intensity test ior the parts of earner rocket was usually achieved by hand. It has many defects such as bigger workload, lower automation, higher experiment cost and lower accuracy , poor safety and protection function. Especially when the parts are tested under limit pressure, the experiment will fail because of lower accuracy of pressure loading by hand. So to improve the automation and precision of the system, a computer - based automatic pressure loading control system is designed in this paper. A flexible double - controller - primary and secondary valve control structure is obtained and the special nonlinear problem is solved. At the same time to improve the precision of the pressure control and make the error converge to the zero quickly and steadily under the great error, aiming for the primary valve control system , a double - pattern control system is applied and switching between the two patterns in course of the implementation is discussed in detail. The simulations show that the system designed in this paper has good control performance. Based on this system, the water pressure of inside the tested part can be controlled from 0. 1 MPa to 5 MPa with accuracy 0. 5% FS and resolution 0. 05 MPa.
