摘要
本文讨论了测试转台全数字化系统设计方法,并成功地应用于某型单轴测试台。实验结果表明,全数字化控制系统设计能够有效避免模拟控制中的积分漂移和无刷力矩电机的干扰噪音,可保证位置控制精度达到±1",最低平稳速率达到0.0001deg/s。
A pure digital control for the Test Tables is discussed in this paper,and is sucessfully used in a type of single axis test table.The result of the experiment shows that the integral drift and the disturbance noise of brushless torque motor can be avoided by the pure digital control,the position control accuracy can be up to ±1', the lowest rate can be 0.0001 deg/s.
